We publish information about homes that have been successfully let through Homechoice. We tell you:

• the number of applicants that bid for the property

• the band they were in

• their application date

• If the property has been let without advertising it

For information about previous lets click Recent Lets. Please note that it may take more than a week for results to appear after adverts have closed.

This information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait. You can then decide whether to look for other types of property or areas where you may not have to wait as long.

If you do not have enough priority or would have to wait too long for the house you want, there is information in the Housing Options section about other ways to find housing.

Unfortunately due to the high number of bids received, we are not able to give individual feedback on your short-list position.
