The information provided on this page will help you decide which properties to bid for. By clicking on the lists below, you can find out some details about who came top of the short-list for a particular property. By looking at the band information and the registration date, you can get a better idea of how long you may have to wait for the type of property you want. You can also see if waiting times are shorter in other areas or for different types of property.
Please note: The tables give details for the applicant coming top of the short-list at the end of bidding. This is not always the same as the person who was offered the property. The offer might go to someone else whose needs more closely match the type of property or the top listed applicant might refuse the offer.
The demand for housing in South Oxfordshire is very high. We have nearly 2,500 housing applicants registered with us. With on average between 300 and 350 housing association rented properties becoming vacant each year, it would take up to eight years to house everyone on the list.
There are housing options other than social rented housing, which may help you get the housing you need more quickly. For more information click Other Housing Options.
