Step 3 - Results information

homechoice header

We publish information about homes that have been advertised through Homechoice. We tell you:
  • the number of applicants that bid for the property
  • the band of the top listed applicant
  • their application date
  • If the property has been let without advertising it
For information about previous lets click Shortlist Results. Please note: The results shown are for the top listed applicant at the end of the bidding period. Sometimes the property may be let to someone different, if the applicant's details do not match or if they refuse the offer.
This information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait. You can then decide whether to look for other types of property or areas where you may not have to wait as long.
If you do not have enough priority or would have to wait too long for the house you want, there is information in the Housing Options section about other ways to find housing.
Please note: Unfortunately due to the high number of bids received, we do not give individual advice on shortlist positions.
